Documents required for GST Registration
1.Name of the proposed Business
2.Main Objects - Describe the main business activities , the company is planning to do.
3.Pan card (of Proprietor/ Company/ LLP as applicable)
4.Identity Proof - (like Aadhaar/ Voter ID / DL of proprietor / all directors/ partners as applicable )
5.Registered office address proof :
*In case of Owned (utility bill like electricity bill/ telephone bill/gas bill/water tax/ municipal tax/house tax bill- Anyone)
* In case rented (Rent agreement along with prescribed bill)
* In case belongs to a relative (Consent letter along with prescribed bill)
6.Photograph (of Proprietor/ all Directors/ all Partners as applicable)
8. Bank Details (Pass Book Front page/ Bank Statement/ Cancelled Cheque)
50 percent fees have to pay along with documents and rest at the time of signing of Documents. All the fees will be paid in company's account and you will get the receipt after payment .
