• If The Franchisee Does Any Such Act Which Causes Any Trouble Or Loss To The Company Or The Company's Customer, Then In That Case The Company Can Take Judicial Action Against The Franchisee And Terminate His Franchise.

• The Company Will Only Help The Franchise In The Marketing Of The Product, Will Provide Training But The Company Does Not Promise To Sell The Product Under Any Circumstances.

• Franchise Fee is Not Refundable.

• The Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage Caused To The Franchise.

• If The Franchise Sells Any Product By Lying To A Customer, Then In This Case The Company Will Not Have Any Responsibility, Whose Responsibility Will Be Entirely With The Franchise.

• If The Franchisee Breaches Any Of The Above Rules, Its Franchisee May Be Terminated.

• In Any Case Franchise Will Not The Franchise Ask For Any Customer's Payment In Their Own Account, For Any Order, The Franchise Will Have To Collect The Customer's Payment In The Company's Registered Account Only.

• If The Company Terminates Someone's Franchisee Or If Franchisee Wants To Leave  Franchisee Program Himself, Then In This Stage The Franchise Fee Will Not Be Refunded.

• Franchisee's Commission Settlement Will Be At 6 Pm Every Working Day.
