As a Guest User, Buyer will not be eligible for all other benefits that are not assignable to a non-registered user.
2- Your Account and Registration-
If you use the Website as a Registered User, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your User ID and Password. If you use the Website as a Guest User you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your email ID and phone number and restricting access to Your computer, computer system and computer network. You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your User ID and Password (if registered) or email ID and phone number (if Guest User) as the case may be. Also as a Guest User, you shall ensure the physical security and possession of Your phone, the details of which are used to transact services with ibgMART.Com You agree, inter alia, to:
1- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by ibgMART.Com 's registration form or provided by You as a Guest User (such information being the "Registration Data")
2- You must not include any of Your contact details such as email addresses etc. in Your User ID while registering as a Registered User; and
3- Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times;
3- Fees and Services - Membership on the Website is free. ibgMART.Com does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website.
4- Warranty / Guarantee of any product will be obtained from the service center / company / vendor of that product
5- Products related to Websites & Software will not be returned. Only the deal will be completed when taking the product, if the customer wants a change then he will have to pay more.
6- Courier and Transport Related Conditions -
1- If the customer returns the product, the courier / transport charge will be pay by the customer only.
2- Warranty / Guarantee, in case the courier / transport payment is made on behalf of the buyer, and the seller will pay on their behalf.
7- Return & Refund policy -
Customer Return Policy
ibgMART.Com is happy to serve customer and fulfil their requirements. If customer receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion, customer is eligible for return / exchange:
We offered to our customers a complete refund against any manufacturing,
defects/deformities within a period of 3 days from the date of delivery.
Product is used/altered/poor in quality/Defective product.
Branded product received seal opened.
Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
Significant difference found in ibgMART.Com website as comparison to product.
Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if
1- Its “No longer needed”.
2- Customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.
3- Made to Product(on demand) will not be returned.
4- At any stage the booking amount will not be refunded, it will be deducted at the time of purchase of the product , within the given time.
5- Physical / in-transit damage to the product.
Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:
·Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours as specified above.
·In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
·If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by ibgMART.Com at its sole discretion.
·If Product has been used by the customer.
·If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.
· Guidelines for Return/Exchange:
For Products purchased on ibgMART.Com in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall inform to IbgMART.Com Customer care within 48 Hours of product delivery.
Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.
If customer is sharing photographs of product it must be four angle photograph (Videography will be highly appreciated.
In case of Industrial goods return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product.
In Case of Faulty electronics product, customer need to contact nearest service centre for repair/ replacement.
All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
ibgMART.Com shall endeavour to process the customer refund within 7 - 15 working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days of confirming. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
·In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.
·For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft/NEFT/Cheque etc. in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.
Note: ibgMART.Com is always happy to help customer if customer fails to understand the working of product, Customer can contact. ibgMART.Com customer care team either through email / phone. If customer received defective product after 1st time exchange, ibgMART.Com will connect customer with Supplier/Brand to troubleshoot the issue.
1- Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh court will be valid only in the case of any court dispute.
2- In any case the goods sold will not be returned.
3- In any case, if there is a manufacturing problem, if the company withdraws the goods at that stage then the customer will be given a store credit, so that the customer will be able to purchase our other product through our code without any payment.
4-The rupee of any product which is relieved from the service will not be returned to any stage only, the service which is said for the service will be completed
5- Booking amount never return , only adjusted in buying any products price in under 3 months.
