At IBG MART WHOLESALE PRIVATE LIMITED (“IBG Mart”), we value your business and aim to provide high-quality industrial and agricultural machinery. Due to the custom-built and made-to-order nature of our products, we have implemented a strict cancellation policy to ensure smooth operations and service continuity.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1. NO CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGE

1.1. Once an order or booking has been placed and confirmed—whether through our website, phone, or offline channels—it is considered final and binding.

1.2. No cancellation or exchange will be permitted under any circumstances post-confirmation.

1.3. Clients are responsible for verifying all order details before confirming the purchase.

2. NO RETURNS

2.1. Goods sold by IBG MART WHOLESALE PRIVATE LIMITED are non-returnable.

2.2. The Client is expected to thoroughly review product specifications, usage requirements, and technical parameters before completing the purchase.

3. BOOKING AMOUNT POLICY

3.1. All booking amounts are non-refundable.

3.2. However, for Client convenience, the booking amount may be adjusted against any future purchase from IBG Mart within a period of three (3) months from the original booking date.

3.3. Adjustment beyond the 3-month window is not permitted under any condition.

4. SERVICE INITIATION AND COMPLETION

4.1. Once the product has been dispatched and service has commenced (including pre-dispatch inspection, packing, documentation, etc.), the full invoice amount becomes non-refundable.

4.2. IBG Mart will fulfill all product-related obligations in accordance with its Warranty & Service Policy.

4.3. Service-related complaints will be handled via repair or exchange of defective components—refunds will not be considered as a remedy.

6. FINAL DECLARATION

By placing an order with IBG MART WHOLESALE PRIVATE LIMITED, the Client:

6.1. Confirms having read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

6.2. Acknowledges that cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be processed post-confirmation.

6.3. Accepts that any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
